The equipment automatically collects codes on individual bottles within cartons and applies labels to cartons, establishing a one-to-one data correlation between bottle codes and carton codes. It quickly identifies defective products inside cartons and rejects non-conforming items automatically. A reserved workstation is available for manual bottle replacement and rework. Equipped with data weight verification, it prevents data errors at the source.
Powered by full-process intelligent control programs, the system monitors sensor status and air pressure in real time. It features multiple protection mechanisms including continuous defect alarm, host computer signal diagnosis and missed rejection self-check.
